How do customers opt in?+
At checkout, shoppers see an unchecked consent box that names your store, says updates will arrive on WhatsApp, and explains they are order-confirmation messages. They choose to tick it. Nothing is pre-selected and nobody is added without that active step.
What if someone wants to stop receiving messages?+
